XP Blade+ is manufactured by means of a patented slit-film extrusion process involving a narrower fibrillation pattern than other fibrillated synthetic turf fibers. TenCate Ecocept™ is an innovative new type of porous pavement specifically developed for synthetic turf sports playing surfaces. It integrates seamlessly with synthetic turf products enhancing biomechanical properties. TenCate Ecocept™ offers load bearing capacity to reduce or eliminate the need for a conventional thick layer of crushed stone.

The TenCate Ecocept™ performance layer has capillary action, which means that it has superior lateral drainage capabilities so that costly trenched drainage below the field is not always required on installations, saving time and money. Water management options for field cooling, field irrigation, water collection and water recycling are available.

TenCate has designed an innovative new product, called TenCate Sine™, which provides shock absorption and drainage for high-quality artificial grass pitches. TenCate Sine™ is a sturdy module that is a few centimeters deep. It has an open weave structure and dozens of foam rings per square meter, which cushion and absorb the shocks from jumping, pushing off and making sliding tackles on the pitch. The underlay has optimal technical playing properties. It is exceptionally strong and stable, and helps prevent injuries. It also has sufficient “give”, which optimizes the energy rebound when playing sports. The TenCate Sine™ shock pad reduces the surface wear on the pitch and extends the life span of the integrated artificial grass system.

The open structure of the firm underlay helps optimize the vertical and horizontal drainage of rainwater and sprinkler water, while ensuring effective evaporation from the subsurface. TenCate Sine™ enables GreenFields to create high-quality playing surfaces.

TenCate has developed an innovative new product, called TenCate Accorder®, which provides a firm basis for high-quality artificial grass systems.

TenCate Accorder® consists of a durable geotextile module that is only approximately seven centimetres deep and divided into dozens of equal-sized compartments per square metre, which are filled with local (re)usable soil. In this way, GreenField’s compact base layer is the most stable subsurface for playing sports available on today’s market. On site, much less soil has to be dug away, which saves time as well as excavation and transport costs, whilst drastically reducing the total system’s carbon footprint.
